It was strange to some of my friends with my statement at Orkut few days back. I wish to start this discussion with the statement “If everything around you is going perfect, mean a change is about to come in your life”. This statement is an experience of my 20 years professional experience, the business will not remain static, the environment will change, I will recall the the baloon story where if you press on the baloon it’s total shape will cahnge but what happens, if there is no pressure on the baloon but the temprature outside keep on changing or when it travel touching thorn. Will it survive or will it make a chnage to make if it is kept in a cold environment or a plane surface.
The same situation apply to business and even to individuals in day today life. I believe we should not wait for time to change us, but we should keep on moving to different environment, different situation or in differnt group of people. That will force us to gain more skills, training, traits, culture and languages. This will also force us to adapt to change. I recollect leaning local laguage when I went to serbia had to learn Serbian and in China, could not avoid to learn a bit of Chinese also. This is not by choice, if you put yourself in a different environment you will end up leaning more and exploring your own experience with a differnt way, which you never have tried. The second reason for necesary change is the life cycles or economy and businesses, change of technology and change of fashion. If you are comfortable and happy at your existing situation, you are leaning to get obsolete in just couple of years. I still remember some of my friend who were experts in their field in automotive company had to struggle for survival when the ownership changed in the company, they had a totally different system.
The change is part of life and the people who love change can change their problems in to opportunity. It may be any problem of life, we might gain happiness just by change of perception about change.
